By the present Memorandum of Cooperation we hereby declare the mutual disposal of the above bodies in exchanging know-how on matters of Digital Technology.
The Greek partners are willing to brief in meetings the foreign partners about the way in which the Local Government can exploit European subsidies (Community Framework - Transnational Programs) for the development of Digital Systems regarding “Services for the Citizen from a Distance”.
The areas, in which this cooperation may benefit, are defined as of these:
- e-Government
- Medical & Traffic Data Management
- Education of Elected Officials & Employees in New Technologies
For the operation of this Memorandum, these Moderators are designated:
- Dimitris Tsiantis, KEDKE Board Member, Mayor of Plastira, KEDKE Representative
- Michael Tamilos, Board Member KEDKE Mayor of Trikala
- Ivan Lebanov, HEBAR Board Member, Mayor of Velingrad
